Click Extended Profile

We were using MT4 enterprise solution.
When I click on "Click Extended Profile" I got this:

Can't call method "profile" on an undefined value at /srv/www/mte/htdocs/mte/ugb/plugins/UserProfiles/lib/UserProfiles/Pro/App/CMS.pm line 9.

Any ideas?
