Marcus Reeves's book looks at hip-hop music and its politics, examining 10 artists in a larger socio-political context. Alec Foege has explored how ClearChannel evolved from a local radio broadcasting operation, founded in 1972, into one of the biggest, most profitable, and most polarizing corporations in the country. The two authors will have a conversation about hip-hop and commercial radio.
