Is there a way to get photos to update without requiring a rebuild of the template?

I's useing your pluging to post photos from my mobile phone. When I send a photo from my phone via email to Flickr, it tags it with "razr". I've got the following code set up to show photos as I take them:

Is there a way to get photos to update without requiring a rebuild of the template?

I's useing your pluging to post photos from my mobile phone. When I send a photo from my phone via email to Flickr, it tags it with "razr". I've got the following code set up to show photos as I take them:

But when I send the picture from my phone, it won't show up on my site until I rebuild the Main Index template.

Is there a way around this?
